Comfort Pro was referred to me by a family member and they did not disappoint. Jimmy came out to my house to address an issue with soot coming out of my vents. He showed genuine concern for the health and safety of my family. Ultimately our furnace needed to be replaced and we opted to replace the A/C as well per recommendation. They provided me with 3 separate quotes all of which were reasonably priced. Chris and Ed scheduled a time to replace everything and come out to my house. They were both prompt and professional, they showed up when they said they would be there and did a great job. They came completely prepared for the job, did not leave a single mess behind and took the time to speak with us and answer all the questions we had. I would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a truly caring and professional company. Comfort Pro is clearly a QUALITY not quantity company and it's shows in their professionalism.
